- Minimum 10 PCs (8GB Ram, 512 HDD, Windows Licensed).
- Minimum 2 Teaching faculty and 1 Sales Person.
- Reception Area.
- Premises should be well-lighted and air-conditioned.
- Proper Sitting Space for Students.
- Arrangement to put Banner Signage outside Premises.
The process is simple and takes less than 15 days to complete.
- You fill out the franchisee form and send it to us.
- Our team will connect with you to discuss the terms of the Franchise Contract and clarify your doubts as well.
- You fulfill the requirements mentioned in the previous question and our team will verify it.
- You can proceed with the Franchisee Enrollment Fees and we will sign the Franchise Contract.
- Franchise Welcome Kit will be sent to your registered address.
- Separate Landing Page will be live on the official website for your location.
- Access to Institute Management Portal will be granted and you can start running your Computer Training Institute.
The maximum investment that you want to put in totally depends on you, but the minimum investment required will be around 3-4 lakhs varying from State to State and City to City. Along with that 3 months of working capital like salaries, rent, and marketing expenses is also recommended to be undisturbed business growth.
There are 2 types of charges involved while getting an IOCT Computer Education Franchise:
- Franchisee Contract Fees: INR 25,000 (valid for 3 years).
- Examination & Certification Fees: Ranges from INR 500 to INR 1000, depending on the course. These fees are only paid at the time of course completion of the student and he/she is applying for centralized examination and certification.
No, We don't charge any royalty for brand usage. Franchisee Partners are expected to just follow the brand guidelines and respect the goodwill of IOCT Education in the industry.
Yes, we do provide the marketing as well as management support to our Franchisee Partners. We believe that there is no problem or hurdle that we haven't already faced in our journey; so we can pretty much help you with everything.
Currently, we have 50+ Career & Skill Oriented IT Courses. All these Courses are categorized into 3 segments: Basic, Advanced, and Professional. Starting from MS Office & Advanced Excel to high-end courses like Digital Marketing and Software Programming. Also, we are consistently working to bring more courses on board but it takes time because each and every course are being designed by the respective industry experts and on basis of current practices in the industry.
There is no time bound to changes or updates in the course. But whenever any update or change is being done, all the franchisee partners will be notified and a live seminar will be conducted in case of any mass doubt and questions.
All the courses have a specific ebook designed by respective industry experts, which can be shared with students for future references.
Yes, Our Institute Management Portal has a special tab where all the incoming inquiries from your location will be shown to you and you can connect with them instantly. Not only that, you can update the status of that inquiries in the portal for future follow up.
The Franchise Contract can be terminated at any time after 3 months of the Contract Signing Date by the Franchise Partner. Although the Franchise Contract Fees is refundable.
In case of pending dues for more than 90 days, no further examination or certification applications will be processed. Pending Dues for more than 120 days can result in Franchise Termination as well.
Any terms and conditions found violated can result in a penalty or termination of Franchise Contract.
Yes! If you're following all the brand marketing guidelines, you can surely use the IOCT Computer Assets Assets for marketing purposes. If anything is not mentioned in brand marketing guidelines and you're unsure about its usage, kindly take approval from head office before continuing further.
No! Marketing, Promoting, or Advertising business from the same industry is a violation of the Franchise Contract, even if it's being marketed using No Name.
In case of no admission is added by a specific franchise for a month, An internal meeting will be scheduled to discuss the challenges and hurdles in expanding the business. We don't blame our franchise partners for not getting admission. There is a wide possibility that the problem is genuine and can be solved with proper support.
You are totally free to do so. Every Franchise is a Legal Entity itself, so you can take payments from students via any method; be it cash, cheque, or online transfer. We just request our franchise partners to provide receipts of IOCT Education only to students. This helps in maintaining the goodwill and trust of students towards your Institute.
